We groom matted coats regularly, including dogs who cannot see past their own hair. Send us a photo or describe the coat and we will tell you what we can do.
Yes, we often groom two pets from the same household on one visit. Mention both when you get in touch so we can plan the appointment.
We groom in the van right outside your home, so your pet never leaves their own environment. You will hear from us ahead of the visit, and we send photos once your pet is finished.
Our groomers will flag anything they spot that might be worth a vet's opinion. Clients have told us they appreciate the heads-up.
